Corporate Structure

I gained a considerable amount of experiencing working with a startup but needed greater discipline on process and procedures for software development. I joined Macromedia, the very company that made the technology I used to create games, as a software quality assurance engineer. While working on their flagship products with an elite group of engineers, managers and testers I was able to gain valuable experience to become a more well rounded leader and designer.
